The faucet in the bathtub drips. The one reason we booked here was for the pool but it was closed for repair. I would have booked elsewhere if i had know because we had 2 children with us.

This is a great example of great people making a run down property still a decent experience. Mark at the front desk was helpful, kind, and polite. The folks at breakfast were attentive and helpful. But the pool was closed without notice until we arrived (which travelling with kids was a big deal), the room had silver fish crawling in the sink, the paint was peeling off the wall, only one of two elevators worked, the door to our room didn't fully close and could be pushed open without a key, and the shower head was coming out of the ceiling without a proper fitting around the collar. We will probably look elsewhere the next time we are in town.

A bit disappointed in our stay. Not only was the price I paid more than double what it would have been if I had waited a day to book.. but the pool was closed during the stay - the reason I went with this hotel over another (wanted indoor). It appeared to be under construction. They should have had that notated somewhere prior to booking that the pool was unavailable. The breakfast had several choices, but was mediocre and it was so hot in the hotel that it was unenjoyable to sit down in the lobby to eat.

Pool and hot tub out of service, sheets were NOT soft they were scratchy and the pillows were so flat. Room was muggy and smelly.

Properly was very run down
Lobby toilet was filthy and pool and hot tub area was closed

The hotel itself was decent. Our room was quite messy though. The shower had brown stains and the wall had a huge brown stain behind the door, which was pretty nasty looking. The pillows weren’t very comfortable so I would suggest to bring your own. The hotel was nice and accommodated us a room right outside of one of the side doors, which made it pretty quiet for a busy weekend at the hotel.

The lobby men's room was filthy. The hotel shows much wear and tear. Hallways smell. Sour outdated milk and subpar breakfast for a Hampton Inn. I always stay at Hampton, but never again at this location. I would suggest the Hampton Inn in Shawnee, Location a few miles west of this one. This Hampton is way overpriced due to the items mentioned above.

The check in help was less than stellar. There were missing tiles in the elevator and the WiFi didn’t work.

The entrance closest to our room had a lock problem and had to walk around to the front. They fixed it immediately and gave us a snack bag for the inconvenience.
